  Necklace length guide in inches

  Choose the necklace that you want to order and check the size of the chain in the description. 

  To understand how the necklace will look on you we suggest to use a piece of string. Lay the string on the ruler to measure the length and check this length on yourself.

  We understand different preferences. That is why we have a 3″ extender chain on most of our pieces. If this isn’t enough, please write a “Note” in the order form with special requests. We will honor, within reason. An extender is also available separately in other essentials category.

  Bangle size guide

  This is a chart that will be extremely helpful for you to determine the bangle size that you need. Measure your hand, you will need a measuring tape or a piece of paper and a ruler. Bring your thumb and little finger together and measure were your hand is the widest as shown in the picture.

  Procedure 1

  STEP 01
  Cut a thin strip of paper or Thread
  Wrap the paper/Thread around your finger.
  Mark the spot where the paper/Thread meets

  Measure the length of the thread with your ruler.

  Procedure 2

  Here is another chart that can also be considered in determining the appropriate bangle size. Measure the inside diameter of a bangle that you already own. It measures inside the diameter of such bangle in millimeters. This is normally used for double checking your results from the usual paper method. Apart from this, you can also make use of the bangle that you wear daily and cross check the same with below chart.

  Return and Refund Policy

  Kindly take video before opening the package/products. If the product is damaged by the time of receiving, do send us the video to @+91 9567301726 or [email protected]. Without valid proof, replacements/refunds won’t be initiated.

  We issue replacements for damage of products during transit within 5 days of the original purchase of the product provided the damaged product is return shipped by you intact to an address requested by us. A replacement will ONLY be provided.
  A refund can ONLY be issued in case of unavailability of the same product. The placed orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product. If a particular item in your entire order cannot be processed by us, the item can be replaced for an equivalent value or an additional value item considering the additional price can be paid, or a refund only for that particular item will be provided. The refund processing timeline would be 10 to 15 working days considering the type of transaction.

  We recommend customers or anyone authorized by the customer to be available at the destination address mentioned to pick-up the jewelry in the courier service timings which is typically 9am IST to 5pm IST. In case of person unavailability, a total of two to three attempts will be done for the courier to be delivered. But beyond the specified limit of trying to deliver the parcel at the mentioned address by the customer, the parcel shall be retained at the courier company for pickup by the customer themselves. Again, retainment of the parcel at the courier office after multiple unsuccessful deliveries depends on the location and the courier service. If the courier comes back even after, the customer will be notified the same. A re-courier will be of course done and the customer might have to bear the re-shipping costs once again.

  We will NOT accept return/exchange for below reasons

  1) There might be slight variations in the color tone of the actual product with respect to the images on the website as these are digital photography and depends on the monitor settings of each device.
  2) Semi precious and precious jewelry are made by hand and may have slight irregularities in designs that are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process. This will not be considered as defect for exchange/refund.
  3) If the jewelry’s physical look & feel doesn’t suit your liking.
  4) If the jewel is too heavy to wear or looks big.
  5) If the size of the jewel is not what you expected.
  6) Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases – to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage.
  7)Under rare circumstances, the jewelry beads or stones may have fallen during transit. Such things which can be easily fixed with fabric glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.
  8) Bangles size chart is always available on every bangle product page. Please measure your size before you make a purchase if you are unsure of the size. We do not provide exchanges/refunds for wrong size orders placed
  9) We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers but we ship across 80+ countries and are extremely responsible with packaging and has feedbacks on our social media to vouch for the same. We do try to cater for alternative solutions to rectify the problem if any as well and will differ time to time based on the situations

  RETURN SHIPMENT PROCESS

  To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse.
